Dr. Arindam Garg

Dr. Garg assumed office as the Registrar of Cotton University on 04 July, 2023. He is an Associate Professor and former Head of the Department of Management at Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. With a Ph.D. in Management, Dr Garg’s expertise spans General Administration, Legal Affairs, Human Resources Management, IT Automation, Change Management, Quality Training, and Entrepreneurship. His academic credentials are complemented by a Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, a Diploma in Computers, and a Black Belt in Six Sigma.

With a remarkable career spanning 27 years, Dr. Garg has made significant contributions to academic, corporate, and government sectors. His professional journey includes impactful roles with leading organizations like Tata Group, Vodafone, ABN AMRO, and Hewitt Associates.

He has authored two books, over 500 popular articles, and presented more than 30 papers in journals and conferences, reflecting his extensive knowledge and dedication to his field.
