At present Cotton University has 4 boys' hostels namely RKB hostel, SNBC hostel, MNDP hostel, SRB hostel with a total capacity of 320 boarders and three girls' hostels namely NBD hostel, SKL hostel and DKR hostel with a total capacity of 335 boarders. One new boys' hostel with a capacity of 120 students and one girls' hostel with a capacity of 100 students are under construction. All the Hostel are equipped with modern amenities.
