Students’ Grievance Redressal

To address any possible grievances on academic and other matters of the students of Cotton University, the 'Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell’ (SGRC) at Cotton University is working since May, 2020. In case of any grievance/complaint from the students or the admission applicants, one now needs to fill up this Online Grievance Reporting Form, to be followed by filling up, with own hand, this downloadable hard copy of that form and depositing the said hard copy, within three working days, at the Grievances Box placed outside the SGRC etc. Cell Offices, at Ground Floor, MCB Building, Cotton University.

The Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell is committed to take up the matter within 15 days of receipt of the online grievance/complaint on this online portal, and to communicate to the aggrieved student within that time frame, via email, the steps taken for its resolution.
